How to Configure
the ZoneAlarm Firewall to Allow Web Pages to Display (part 2)

Step
3: Scroll down to the 'Generic Host Process for Win32 Services'.

Step
4: With the left mouse button, click on the items to the right
of 'Generic Host Process for Win32 Services' below 'Access'
and 'Server', and change them all to green checkmarks, as depicted
in the screenshot below. |
Step
5: Repeat step 4 for the 'Internet Explorer' or the web
browser you use. Also, repeat step 4 for any games, programs or services
that require Internet or network access. |
Step
6: With the left mouse button, click on the 'Close' button
to close ZoneAlarm. |

7: Open your web browser. Happy surfing! |

Note:
If you are still having problems accessing the Internet, then temporarily
turn off the firewall
to test whether is it the cause of the problem.
Make sure the firewall(s) on the other computer(s)
are also properly configured.
Don't forget to turn the firewall back on after troubleshooting the
problem. |
