Step 13: With the left mouse button, click on the 'Restart' button.

 
After the computer restarts and gets to the Windows XP desktop, the following System Configuration Utility dialog box appears:
Step 14: With the left mouse button, click on the checkbox to place a checkmark in the checkbox next to 'Don't show this message or launch the System Configuration Utility when Windows starts'.
 
Step 15: With the left mouse button, click on the 'OK' button.
