All EasyLI Done! Series Tutorials are designed to accomplish
specific tasks on a step-by-step basis!
From connecting
two computers together to share files using a crossover cable
to setting up a secured
wireless network connection, these online tutorials are extremely
easy to follow. Although all tutorials were put together with the
novice user (beginner) in mind, advanced users will find a few tricks
to put to use also, such as 'How
to Force Windows to Shutdown' when it just won't shutdown normally.
Before downloading or using any content or
software on this site, please read the End User License Agreement
(EULA).
Connect your computers together to backup or share your files between them, using a crossover cable. If you have a router, connect all your computers to the router and share internet connections, as well as file sharing! It's easy, it's fast, and best of all, it's now free!
Did you know? Firewalls can block you from accessing your own shared
folders and files!
Firewalls are great, but if not properly configured, they can cause
many problems on a network. For instance, programs and games that
used to work fine begin to start crashing (freezing) the computer,
computers start disappearing from the network, and shared folders/files
can no longer be accessed ('Access denied',. '... is not
accessible', and 'You might not have permission...',
'Contact the administrator...', printing over the network
stops working, etc.). Properly configure your firewall to avoid
these problems.
If you are experiencing problems after installing the Trend
Micro PC-cillin Internet Security 2006, walkthrough the
tutorial below and learn how to configure the firewall so that it
does not cause any further problems on your computer or network
of computers.
Follow the steps below to configure the Trend Micro PC-cillin
